II. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Customer account management – ​​creating and managing an account in the online store (e.g. order history, shipment tracking).

  • Contract execution – processing orders, payments, deliveries, invoicing and fulfilling accounting obligations.

  • Complaints and returns – handling complaints and withdrawals from the contract in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • Product reviews – publication of reviews in the store.

  • Marketing activities – opinion surveys, offer promotion, sending personalised campaigns based on legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

  • Marketing profiling – for analytical purposes only, without affecting the rights and freedoms of the user.

  • Marketing communication (newsletter, SMS) – only with your express consent.

  • Push notifications – voluntarily via the app (you can turn them off in your device settings).

  • Responses to inquiries – data processing in order to respond to your inquiry.

III. TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

We process the following personal data:

Data required for registration:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

Order-related data:

  • Name and surname

  • Sex

  • Delivery address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Optional data:

  • Date of birth

  • Tax Identification Number (for named invoices)

  • EU Tax Identification Number (for company invoices)

IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The basis for processing is:

  • Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

  • Performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR)

  • Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

  • Legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

Providing consent is voluntary, but necessary to register and use the store's services.

V. USER RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access to your data

  • Data rectification

  • Withdraw consent (in whole or in part)

  • Data deletion (including account deletion)

  • Objection to processing

  • Processing restrictions

  • Transferring data to another administrator

We respond to all requests within a maximum of 1 month.

VI. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

  • Data related to the contract – up to 3 years after its termination (e.g. for evidentiary purposes).

  • Invoice-related data – in accordance with tax law requirements.

  • Data of users without an active contract are stored until the account is deleted.

VII. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

Data may be transferred only to the extent necessary to perform the contract, e.g. to courier companies, payment operators, technical service providers.

We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes without your express consent.
Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
