1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The stayalivewear.com online store is available at www.stayalivewear.com , is run by:

These Regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding contracts, the right of withdrawal, the complaints procedure and the principles of personal data protection.


2. DEFINITIONS

  • Regulations (AGB) – this document.

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to business activity.

  • Business Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to his or her professional activity.

  • Customer – any person using the online store.

  • Store – online service available at www.stayalivewear.com .

  • Seller – LOCALGROWTH SP. Z OO

  • Goods – products available in the store.

  • Order Form – an electronic form used to place orders.

  • Shopping Cart – the section where the customer manages products before placing an order.


3. PLACING ORDERS AND TERMS OF SALE

  • Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

  • The store operates in a dropshipping model – we act as sales intermediaries, and shipping is carried out directly from international warehouses (mainly from China).

  • All prices in the store are gross prices (including VAT).

  • Orders can be placed via the online form or by email: contact@stayalivewear.com .

  • A receipt is issued for each order; a VAT invoice is available upon request.


4. DELIVERY

  • Average turnaround time: 8–10 business days .

  • Deliveries are made only on business days.

  • The customer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Personal pickup is not available.


5. PAYMENTS

  • Accepted payment methods: electronic transfer, fast online payments, payment cards.

  • For traditional transfers, payment must be made within 5 business days.


6. COMPLAINTS

  • The seller is liable for defects in goods for a period of 2 years from delivery.

  • The consumer has the right to demand repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

  • Complaints should be reported to: contact@stayalivewear.com or in writing to the company address.

  • If the complaint is accepted, the seller covers the costs of return shipping and complaint handling.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS

  • The customer is entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of the order.

  • To make a return:

    • Send an email to: contact@stayalivewear.com

    • Send the product back to the indicated return address (at the customer's expense).

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalized products,

  • products damaged by the customer,

  • returns without order number or contact details.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the goods have been received and inspected.


8. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

  • To exchange a product, please return it in accordance with the returns policy and place a new order.


9. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by sending an email.

  • If the package has already been shipped, the returns policy (30 days) applies.

  • Refunds do not include additional services (e.g. express shipping).


10. UNDELIVERED PARCELS

  • If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned by the courier:

    • the value of the product is refunded (without additional services), after confirmation of the return,

    • Return processing time: up to 14 days.

  • If you do not contact us within 14 days of your return, your order will be considered closed (unless a claim is made).


11. CUSTOMER REVIEWS

  • The store does not verify whether the reviews come from real customers – reviews can be added by both customers and other users.


12. DATA PROTECTION

  • The Seller is the administrator of personal data.

  • The data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

  • Every customer has the right to access, correct and delete their data.

  • Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy .


13. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • The Stay Alive Wear store operates under a corporate social responsibility model.

  • 10% of the proceeds from each purchase are donated to foundations supporting mental health and saving people in suicidal crisis.

  • Information about supported foundations is published on the store's website and updated on an ongoing basis.


14. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • The regulations are available at www.stayalivewear.com .

  • In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

  • In the event of disputes, consumer protection regulations take precedence.

  • Customers are obliged not to post illegal content in the store.
