Shipping Policy

Scope of delivery

  • We currently deliver only within Poland.

  • Shipping is carried out via proven courier companies.

  • Products are shipped from an international warehouse outside of Poland, which may affect delivery times.

Processing and delivery time

  • Order preparation: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery time: usually 8-10 business days, depending on the region and chosen payment method.

  • In individual cases, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the high volume of orders. We are constantly working to ensure the logistics process is as efficient and timely as possible.

Shipping costs

  • Orders paid in advance (transfer, BLIK, fast online payments, payment card): free shipping .

  • Cash on delivery: the delivery cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart – according to the courier company's price list.

  • The total shipping cost is always visible before finalizing your order.

Order changes and cancellations

  • Orders are automatically processed immediately after they are placed, so subsequent modification or cancellation is not possible.

  • However, you can take advantage of our 30-day money-back guarantee and return the product after receiving it – in accordance with the Returns Policy . .

Unfulfilled delivery

  • If the tracking status shows "delivered" and the package has not arrived:

    1. First, contact the courier company – the parcel may have been given to a neighbor or left at the pickup point.

    2. If you still can't find it, please contact us at contact@stayalivewear.com – we will help you as soon as possible.

  • Please note: In exceptional cases, tracking information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

  • Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • The tracking link is usually activated within 24 hours of the parcel being shipped.
