Returns Policy

30-day money-back guarantee – hassle-free process

You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right to return.
You don't have to provide a reason - we want you to be able to test our product and decide for yourself whether it's right for you.


How to return an order

  1. Contact us by email at: contact@stayalivewear.com and provide your order number.

  2. We will provide you with further instructions regarding your return.

Attention:

  • we do not accept cash on delivery,

  • We do not accept returns sent to addresses other than those indicated in the returns instructions.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Returns are not accepted for:

  • custom-made or personalized products,

  • products damaged by the customer,

  • returns without order number or contact details.


Product exchange

If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us by email. Exchanges are processed by returning the item and placing a new order.


Problems with ordering

If you have received a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product – or there is another problem – please contact us at: contact@stayalivewear.com .
We will find a quick and fair solution for you.


Undelivered packages and incorrect addresses

  • If your package could not be delivered or an incorrect address was provided, once the carrier has confirmed the status, we will refund the full amount of your order (excluding additional services such as express shipping).

  • The processing time for such a refund is up to 14 days from notification .

  • If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your return, your order will be considered closed.


Cancelling an order

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@stayalivewear.com .

  • If the package has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and refund the payment.

  • If your parcel is already on its way, you can return it according to our returns policy.

  • Refunds do not include additional services such as express shipping.
